Looker’s JOIN 2019 event in San Francisco was one of the largest printing projects to come through Dynamite Digital’s office in 2019. The client wanted massive coverage on all three floors of SVN West – one of San Francisco’s premier event spaces. The venue, located at the intersection of SF’s famed Market and Van Ness, was drenched in bright blue, yellow, orange, and pink colors during the first week of November.

A wide variety of materials – and a wide array of installation techniques

 

We printed on matte removable vinyl, matte permanent vinyl, transparent removable vinyl, frosted vinyl, poster paper, as well as a variety of rigid materials and banner vinyl for this large event. Because the installation took almost three days with a crew of 16 installers to complete – this was a monumental feat to cap off three straight weeks of event installations and teardowns at SVN West by the Dynamite team.

Ceiling graphics and outdoor murals pose the largest challenges for installers. Over 100 different window graphics bathed the space in vibrant color. At the main entrance, a 25’x20’ vinyl banner welcomed attendees and caught the eye of one of the city’s busiest intersections for the week of the event.
